Please complete our attached pre-work authorization from and have the seller and/or buyer sign where indicated in order to proceed with scheduling of service. Only 1 signature is needed from each financially responsible party (e.g. not every single buyer or seller must sign). If all charges are being paid in full by either the buyer or seller we only need 1 signature from a member of that party. Make sure to put “N/A” on any signature line that does not apply.
Please be advised, electronic signatures via DocuSign, Authentisign, etc. are acceptable. Signatures from realtors or other third party individuals cannot be accepted due to liability concerns. The only exception being a trust/estate in which case the person signing must have power of attorney.
